Scalable, consistent 3D visual content for extensive product ranges.
3D Visual Content
26.02.2026
For automotive suppliers and manufacturers of spare and wear parts with extensive spare part and accessory ranges, we can build a scalable 3D visual content library based on existing CAD data that consistently depicts the entire product catalog, from brake discs and chassis components to filters and sensors, and even complex assemblies. Instead of elaborately staging each part in a photo studio, we convert the design data into photorealistic 3D models that can be rendered any number of times and in any variant, without prototypes, logistics, or photo shoot appointments.
Initially, we define fixed camera perspectives, neutral backgrounds, and a clear lighting setup that remains identical for all parts and is especially suited for technical product communication and online shops. This results in renderings that showcase the entire product range with a consistent look: clean cut-outs for e-commerce, detailed close-ups for data sheets, and perspective views that clarify the form and installation situation. For variants – such as different sizes, coatings, or connections – only material or geometry parameters need to be adjusted, while the scene, lighting, and perspectives remain unchanged. This makes it possible to generate hundreds of product images in a short time, which are perfect for extensive portfolios and can also be easily expanded later. Additionally, more elaborate hero shots can be created to highlight products particularly well.
In parallel, we take the digital twin beyond classic product images: From the same 3D data, exploded views for spare parts catalogs, interactive 3D views for after-sales portals, or animations for training and assembly instructions can be created. This particularly plays to its strengths in the spare parts business – workshops, retailers, and end customers can more easily identify components using clear visualizations, reduce mix-ups, and place orders more confidently. At the same time, marketing can already prepare campaigns, landing pages, and trade fair graphics while new parts are still in development, as the visualization is generated directly from the CAD data and does not have to wait for available samples.
For manufacturers, this approach means: a consistent, professional visual presence across all channels, significantly less effort in content production, and maximum flexibility to seamlessly integrate new product lines or variants into the existing visual content at any time. 3D renderings from CAD data thus become the scalable foundation of product communication – from the initial design and launch to the after-sales area.
